The whole study showed that the intake of Tocotrienols 70 mg softgel had a relatively high effect on changes in blood pressure-diastolic and systolic as well as blood sugar readings. In addition, knowledge on vitamin E intake is also high among Aafiyat staff. So is the attitude of staff who do not care about the intake of vitamin E or Tocotrienols in their daily diet.
